To ensure proper scoping, documentation and scheduling, all project work must be requested through the Wix Marketplace.
Project work includes both Maintenance Plan requests (ongoing operational care) and Creative & Features Work requests (new additions to site).
Project requests sent by email or other channels will be redirected here.
